Welcome to Wannago. By accessing or using wannago.world (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Who We Are

Wannago ("we", "us", "our") is a community platform for group travelers, operated as a sole trader under Dutch law by Privilege Mendes, based in the Netherlands.

2. What Wannago Is

Wannago is an independent community platform where group travelers can share experiences, ask questions, and discover group tours.

Wannago is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any tour operator, travel agent or booking platform. We operate independently from all operators featured on the Platform including but not limited to G Adventures, Intrepid Travel, WeRoad, Contiki, Flash Pack and TruTravels. The presence of an operator's trips, content or name on Wannago does not imply any commercial relationship, partnership or endorsement between Wannago and that operator.

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell travel products or take responsibility for any trip, tour, or travel arrangement discussed on the Platform.

Content on the Platform is user-generated and does not constitute professional travel advice. Always verify information with the relevant tour operator before making any booking decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Wannago. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

When you create an account you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate information in your profile
  • Choosing a username that does not impersonate another person or entity

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction.

5. Community Rules

Wannago is a community built on trust. By posting on the Platform you agree to the following rules:

You may post:

  • Honest questions and advice about group travel
  • Genuine first-hand experience posts about trips you have personally taken
  • Tips, recommendations and insights based on real experience
  • Responses to other users' questions

You may not post:

  • False, misleading or fabricated reviews or experiences
  • Content that you did not personally write or experience
  • Commercial promotion, advertising or affiliate links without disclosure
  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening or abusive
  • Spam, duplicate posts or automated content
  • Personal information of other users without their consent
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of Wannago

For operators and coordinators:

  • Operators may only post commercial content in designated Announcements sections
  • Commercial content posted in community feeds will be removed
  • Impersonating an operator or coordinator without verification is prohibited

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

6. Content You Post

When you post content on Wannago you retain ownership of that content. By posting you grant Wannago a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute your content on the Platform and in connection with promoting the Platform.

You confirm that any content you post:

  • Is your own original work or you have the right to post it
  • Does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge

7. Third-Party Content and Operator Information

Wannago may display information about tour operators, trips, destinations and departure schedules sourced from public operator websites or our community. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Trip availability, pricing, departure dates and itinerary details are subject to change by the relevant operator. Always verify with the operator directly before booking.

Wannago's librarian agent (Milo) may post travel alerts and operator updates sourced from publicly available operator communications. These are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Milo — Our Community Agent

Wannago operates an automated agent called Milo that may post travel alerts, surface relevant past discussions and assist unanswered questions. Milo is clearly identified as a system agent on all posts it makes. Milo does not generate fake reviews, fabricate experiences or impersonate human users.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to tour operator websites, booking platforms and other third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only. Wannago is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site. Following these links is at your own risk.

Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links. Where Wannago receives a commission for referrals, this will be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising standards.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform design, branding, code and non-user-generated content is owned by Wannago or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

The Wannago name, logo and brand marks are trademarks of Wannago. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of user-generated content
  • Trip experiences, cancellations or disputes between users and operators
  • Any loss or damage arising from reliance on content posted on the Platform
  • The availability or conduct of any tour operator referenced on the Platform

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wannago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Wannago in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wannago and its officers, directors and employees from any claim, damage, loss or expense arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Content you have posted may remain on the Platform after account deletion unless you request its removal.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
